The  deadline of the second edition of the Sustainable Thinking Platform multimedia competition has been extended until 31 December. Aimed at people aged 18-30 years old from across the globe, all entries must address the following question:“With an ever-increasing population, how can we maximise resource efficiency to meet our growing needs?”

Over 300 people from more than 60 countries have already registered as members of the Vinyl 2010 Sustainable Thinking Platform since the competition’s launch earlier this year.

Participants will be competing for the chance to win a laptop computer, a photographic camera or a camcorder depending on the entry category. New prizes have also been introduced to reward the five most active participants in our forums. As in the previous edition, participants are asked to rate other members' work. To do that, simply click on an essay, picture or video and choose the number of stars you want to award.
