I can not understand people who are cruel with animals. It is against nature because dogs and cats have feelings too!! for example my dog is a Border Collie, and he is very intelligent.  They often say Collies are the smartest dogs,and not only they have life and feelings but they also help very much!! Last week I visited the shelter and all the dogs looked very frightn nd cold. Some man who was supposed to take care of them said their just fine but it was obviously they weren't and they looked at me  hurt and hungry. Why would people beat them??? Especially baby dogs who do no harm. And men who should look after them just do not care and everybody abandons animals in need. My mom says there are many more important things but I can't understand why would it be so hard for her to feed a poor dog from time to time. Or for anyone to save a little time and go to the shelter like my sister does! She is a very kind and visits them every week, she is an inspiration for me and my sister always says that no matter who suffers from disinterest and hunger cruelty is still cruelty. My sister thought me that there needn't be cruelty against any creature when it would be so easy to stopi it. She is right!! I love Blacky, my collie and everytime I see a wounded dog who lames in one leg I feel sorry for him because I imagine the same can happen to Blacky. It is cruel!!!!!
