Next Generation Women Leaders programme

by EYCA Office 13.01.2012

McKinsey & Company invites female students and early professionals from across Europe to be inspired and to make a difference!

In a three-day workshop in Paris from March 22-24, 2012, McKinsey offers you - talented women across Europe - the opportunity to explore the importance of women in leadership and the impact women leaders are having on the economy, and to shape your own leadership styles by playing to your strengths. You will also have a chance to meet consultants and participate in plenary sessions, workshops, and dialogues.

Application
You are welcome to apply if you are a female student (BA, Master's, MBA, PhD) of any background or experienced early professional across Europe with less than three years of work experience.

How to apply
Please submit your CV and an essay describing something you would like to achieve as an inspirational leader and what it would require (using your experience and that of your role models). Essays should be no more than 300 words.
For the full description of the application process, please follow this link.

The deadline for application is February 17, 2012.
