Job opening at ERYICA

ERYICA - the European Youth Information and Counselling Agency is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant (including PR and communication tasks).

 "In close cooperation with the Director and with the Members’ Services Coordinator, and being based in our headquarters in Luxembourg, the Assistant will:
 
- process the correspondence, documentation and files necessary for the general administration and for the projects and activities of the agency (up to 50% of work-load);
- enrich and manage our websites www.eryica.org and www.sheryica.org via our CMS system, with special attention to the “projects”, “news” and “events” sections;
- work on the success of our PR & Communications plan;
- read and report on specialised youth policy publications;
- prepare our online newsletter (four editions / year);
- edit the Agency’s publications, including the reports on events, activities and projects, and printed materials;
- prepare grant applications to be submitted to our stakeholders in the European Commission and in the Council of Europe;
- at a later stage, possibly: design, write and manage projects;
- participate in and work on the organisation and reporting of international external and statutory events, such as meetings, conferences, seminars, study visits, training courses etc."
