Do you live in the Baltic Sea Region? And you are between the age of 15 and 30? Than grab your camera and make a short film about how you see the Baltic Sea Region. Is it a good place for living, working, education and fun? You have a chance to participate in the 19th BSSSC Annual Conference and win attractive prizes.

The aim of the short film competition is not only to show the short film talents of young people but also to promote the Baltic Sea Region as a  good place to live, work and education. The winner of the competition will also have a great opportunity to share his impression about the Baltic Sea Region with other young people and regional politicians. He or she will be invited to the Award Ceremony during the BSSSC Conference which take place between 3-7th October 2011 in Szczecin, Poland.

The first prize: a professional video editing software value 900 euro and a free ticket and accommodation for the purpose of taking part in a youth seminar during this year’s BSSSC conference in Szczecin, October 3-7, 2011

The Baltic Sea States Subregional Co-operation (BSSSC) is a political network for decentralised authorities (subregions) in the Baltic Sea Region. The organisation was founded in Stavanger, Norway, 1993. Its participants are regional authorities of the 10 Baltic Sea littoral states: Germany, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Poland, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia and Russia.
