AEGEE Europe(Association des Etats Généraux des Etudiants de l’Europe) or European Students` Forum is the youth organization that changed my life 3 years ago.  The most important event (project) of it is Summer University (SU).

Strange thing happened, like a finger of higher force was leading me towards it - I was looking for an organization which organizes something like a summer event, that looks like a summer holiday, but longer, still that has international crew or young people, doing some trainings, learning languages, while exploring the cities and sightseeing combined with great parties and nightlife...and did I mentioned that should be cheap?? Hah, very funny, yeah, I know...but then I found exactly what I was looking for!!! Summer University in Italy, one of 90 summer events in Europe?! Increadible...just I needed to find nearest AEGEE local, which was (thank God) in my own city of Nish, so I became a member and my story began;).

I explored Italy, Spain, Greece and Turkey in 3 Summer Universities in 3 years, learned new languages, gathered new skills, made wonderful life-lasting friendships, explored countries, met the cultures, traditions...I was italian, greek, spanish and turkish for weeks...I met the souls, the genuine people living there. It all changed me and trully made me a better person. I met differences, saw the true problems of nations, experienced at least part of country of all people that was participating...

Trully - amazing.

After this, I came back home, like a new, inspired person, ready to jump, to run, to do whatever...I was full of positive energy, totally relaxed, I could not believe that feeling and new spirit.
They call it AEGEE-spirit...now I know;)

I became active in my city to help people to meet all this, to experince things that they thought is unreachable, too expencive and impossible. At least 30 people experienced the same in years. And the number is rising every day.

After 3 years I became a president of the local antena in my home city, trying to help as many as I can to reach the beauty of whatever they want. Trying to help them in realization of their own dreams.

So, believe me, wishes come true! If you persue the happiness you can finally reach it!

Some call it Europe, we call it home!
